I've been snapping more pictures and I have most of them edited and ready to upload. The process requires lots of mouse clicks which is hard with my injury. I'm getting the results of the MRI on Tuesday so hopefully I'll have some info about recovery time then. Until then - here's a cute Browser story...
The other night, I'm not sure why but I didn't have the pups "say goodnight to Daddy". This is a usual ritual at bedtime - they scurry into his office and give kisses on their way downstairs.
I put them to bed and they seemed to settle in and go to sleep. About 1 am I heard Brent letting them outside. I got up and he said Browser had been crying. So, I went out with them. He took care of business then came back in. Both pups went willingly into their beds again. About 10 minutes later there was more crying. I got back up and let them both out again. He watered another shrub and then came back in. Same routine, back to bed. I was concerned that he might not be feeling well so I kept "one ear open" when I went back to bed. Sure enough, more crying. I let them out of their beds AGAIN. This time, however, Browser took my fingers in his mouth and PULLED me to the steps going upstairs. He then tugged as I followed him up the stairs. He ran into the media room where Brent was watching tv. Turns out that silly boy was fretting because he didn't "say goodnight to Daddy"!! After he gave Brent a couple of kisses he went back to bed for the rest of the night!
I do apologize for not getting the photos uploaded lately (or posting anything for that matter). I injured my shoulder a couple of weeks ago and it's really hindered my computer time. I'm not sure which has been more painful - the shoulder or the fact I can't sit at my computer for 14 hours a day. I'm working on getting the photos up though (I have been taking pictures!)
Tonight I was sitting at the computer (actually importing the photos from my camera) and I didn't notice Browser sitting next to my chair. He very gently put his paw on my leg as if to say, "Ahem...excuse me, I hate to bother you... but... could you feed me when you have a moment?".
He's such a sweetie.
Widget has a new bark collar. It's the citronella kind - she hates it, we love it. All you have to do is say "bark collar" now and she quiets down immediately!
Well, before the shoulder flares up more I'm going to try to get a few pictures finished. They'll still be dated as one photo for each day so you won't see a gap in dates once they are all done.
